i appreciated the location it was near the hot spots. the rooms have a modern style and the beds are comfortable. the staff were excellent i must say. security always greeted me warmly each time i returned. the food was delicious and i enjoyed the fresh juices too.
i noticed a slight issue with the room carpets i think cleaner carpets would improve the place.

the restaurant offers freshly squeezed juices i found it refreshing. i loved the live band; experiencing it was great. the lagoon view outside is my favorite spot for seeing nature i think.

The check-in process took forever, and it wasn't smooth at all. It definitely needs improvement. there was also a leak from a pipe in my room. It was going downstairs, so i had to switch rooms. the room i was moved to had no view at all.

i spotted some minor wear. the air conditioner was slightly dusty. this made me a bit concerned, but the friendly staff quickly put me at ease.
